Razak Laboratories Company (Public Stock) was registered with National ID number 10860385410 on 03/03/1343 (1964 AD) with Agreement No. 3/4805 in Tehran Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office and under the name of Pfizer Laboratories Stock Company under the ownership Pfizer America started its activity.
After the victory of the Glorious Islamic Revolution, according to the resolution dated 03/03/1359 of the Council of the Islamic Revolution, it came under the cover of the National Industries Organization of Iran and its name was changed from Pfizer to "Razak" in the fourteenth session of the Legal Commission of Manufacturing on 21/07/1360 was found and on 10/10/1370 according to the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting dated 09/09/1370 it was converted into a public company and on 10/18/1370 it was admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange and now the company "Razak Laboratories" It continues to operate as a public company and its shares are listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange.is one of the leading companies and a subsidiary of Tamin Pharmaceutical Investment Company (TIPICO).
